Developed by a team with over 30 years of experience in road safety, Manta is the result of precise design and meticulous computer modelling to produce the only barrier that can be used as designed, tested and certified. Manta is an improvement on previous designs and stands out because, unlike similar designs, it does not require the additional use of expensive and bulky steel rods.
       Manta fencing is made from hot-dip galvanized steel to withstand harsh conditions and provide reliable protection in a variety of environments. Each fence is 1.5 meters long, providing a balance between protection and maneuverability. They adapt to a variety of fences and heights, making them suitable for construction sites and congested urban areas.
       Following rigorous testing, Manta has been awarded a Class A wind tunnel test certificate, confirming its ability to withstand harsh weather conditions. The barriers are also tested to BS EN ISO 14361 (2009) to ensure their impact resistance. This test protocol ensures that the barriers can withstand significant loads, maintain their structural integrity and effectively protect construction sites and roads.
       In addition, comprehensive T2 W7 category crash tests have highlighted the barrier’s ability to withstand high-speed impacts, making it a reliable solution for enhancing safety in a variety of conditions.
